Cisco Unity 12 user guide for jabber user?

I'm looking for a user guide (unity 12x) that I can give my employees on how to use their voicemail via Jabber?  Also, what all the options do once you are logged into your voicemail.

I constantly have users stop me and ask, how do I change my password, how do I change my greeting, etc....

Hi,

You can use user guide but its technical enough for employees to decode.
Why don't you prepare something within your feature set offered to your
employees

We prepare our own in house doc. The PIN Sync helps a lot, same with the PCA. The wallet card tree and or unity tools generator for that (does this still exist?) helps with navigating the conversation.
