Hello all:
I am relatively new to the VoIP phone system scene so please forgive any ignorance on my part. I have a user whom is setup correctly in the unity subscriber system and has a working phone. However whenever they try to access their voicemail it says that the service is unavailable. Any pointers are greatly appreciated as the manual is not very helpful.

Hi Sean,
Is this when the user presses the messages button on the phone or after they have entered their Unity PIN? Unity 3.1(5) is also an extremely out of date release (around 8 years). If you could post exactly what the message is that you hear we can help further.

The exact message is as follows:
"Sorry, this system is temporarily unable to complete your call. Please try again later. Goodbye."
