Cisco Unity 5.0 Maximum Message length

Hi,

We are running a cisco Unity 5.0 server. It has only been in for a short while. Users are complaining that there is an issue leaving messages for longer than 30 Seconds.  i have checked the following and cannot work out why they still do not work. i have checked this myself on a test phone altering some timers but still no joy. It is the same for internal and external callers.

I have checked the below:

Class of Service => Messages =Maximum Length for subscribers = 300 ( Internal Calls )

Call Handlers => Messages = A Selected Subscriber => 300

Subscriber/Subscriber Template =>Messages => Maximum Message Length =300

Hi

If you don't have "Full Message Length Recording" licensing enabled,  then Unity will only record 30 seconds of a message before cutting off.

Search for "LicMaxMsgRecLenIsLicensed" in below link
