Hello I was testing the message monitor in unity 7.x and UCM 7.x although when I enable the message monitor...it enable the message monitor feature for all users...is there a way to enable the message monitor just for few users instead of globally? ...thanks for your time
Yes, associate only those users' phones who should have Message Monitor with the application user. This feature is also controlled through the Class of Restrction or individually on a mailbox.
