Cisco Unity 9.0 Message issue

My voice-mail user is having a problem whereby an already read and deleted  voice-mail message is receive again inside the user voice-mail box after three (3) or Four (4) days after reading and deleting the same voice-mail messages. It is seen inside the voice-mail box as unread messages.

Note : the time of receiving the message and sender phone number still the same as the first time of getting the messages.

 

Any suggestion on how to resolve the issue will be welcome

Hi,

Are you running a Unity cluster? If the answer is yes, did you check database sync between server?
