Hello,
I can not retrieve saved voicemail, new voice mails can be retried no problem
When attempting to play saved messages I get the error The message is not currently available
I have checked that critical services are started, I checked RTMT, nothing stood out.
Any suggestions ?

i know it's late reply.
If you have CUC Cluster "Publisher & subscriber" you need to check " File Syncer" service is running in both server, and if the Integration between CUCM & CUC SIP make sure that your Route List pointing to the publisher OR the active server.
