Cisco Unity Connection 9 call handler "sorry" before the greeting

hello,

I need help with System Call Handler.  First time creating a call handler to play a different language other than English.

If I set the language to "Use System Default Language", the greeting plays perfectly.

However, when I set the language to play "(French) Canadian", I hear the "sorry" in French, then the recorded greeting.

I not sure what I am missing as this is my first time creating a system call handler playing a different language beside English.

Are you sure you recorded the greeting, as a greeting, and not as a recorded name??
