Getting java error when recording a Personal greeting using PCA.

Which is the compatible version of java ? supports the functionality?

Jaime, thanks for quick help..

I do have  another query, Does by default all the users with VM access has this login privilege to CPA URL with their usernm/pwd ?

Or should we define specific role/Permission to a user in Unity or CUCM end user to get the feature?

Also What are the maximum features one user can have under this CPA - only VM access and setup greeting to my understanding. please correct if I m wrong
