There are many previous threads on this topic, Cisco does need to change the dependency on Java as this gets messed up with every updates. You will have best results with Java 6, so I suggest you downgrade your Java version.

Agreed with version 6. This almost works with every Java app. But I see the direction moving towards java consoles instead of away from them

Worth giving a try and downgrade to version 6.

Downgrading to java version 6 is not possible for us.
Is there is any other option?

I gave up on using the web interface on Unity and instead use this tool:
http://www.ciscounitytools.com/Applications/CxN/ATM/ATM.html
It works very well for managing audio on call handlers as well as user mailboxes.

Hi,
So instead of running unity on web browser i should download this application?

Did you follow the directions on setting up UCXN to allow this? There are steps you need to take, service to start, etc.
