I am trying to access our Unity Express Software. I have recently taken over this role and was told we were using this software. I need to add a new phone / user to our phone system. I don't know where/how to access this software. I was told an IP address with a /Web behind it, but I wasn't sure where to access it. If I try just entering the IP address into the web browser, it tells me I can't access it. I was then told by the old administrator that I need to configure the firewall settings. Where would I do this? I am not sure if I need to be on the file server to do this or if I can do this remotely signed on as admin. I am just totally lost and could use some guidance.
