Folks, What is the exact bit rate/value/MB for a .wav file which can be uploaded in System call handler?
unfortunately I facing some issue as the file shared by our customer is not getting uploaded even its .wav :(

PCM encoding, 8 bits, 8 khz, mono. There are free tools, using one of them you can convert it to correct format.

file type : mono
bit rate 8 or 64 kbps
audio sample rate 8khz

In case you need it this is a really easy way to do it as I converted hundreds of wav files from a legacy Nortel to Cisco supported wav using the following
1. Go here http://g711.org/
2. Select the first choice (Broadworks Classic)
3. Follow the rest of the steps.
