I am running CUCM 9 and have the Cisco USer Pages running however I feel that some of the information they can change may cause problems in the future.

Is there any way an administrator can remove certain parts from display or prevent user access?

As an example I would not want a user to add extra services.

All you can do with the self care portal options, is under enterprise parameters.
