Cisco voice lab kits

Hello Everyone,

Looking for cisco router and switches that carries low noise when you powered on. Any ideas? I am trying to build a lab at home to be familiar with cisco voice. Which items do I need ?

I am not aware of any fan-less routers which you might use for GWs, but as far as switches go you can purchase the following "-C" series:
