From any Cisco partner. If you search for CP-PWR-CUBE-4 on Google or any other search engine you'll likely to find an abundance of options on where to buy.

The device doesn’t come with a Power Cube. You need to order it separately as these devices are most commonly used with a PoE switch, which provides power . If you have a PoE switch, you can connect the device to it for power.

If you don’t have a PoE switch, you will need a Power CUBE 4, as mentioned by others. If you need to purchase it, get it from a Cisco partner. Alternatively, you can find it on online platforms like Amazon, but we can’t vouch for their reliability. Another option is to use a power injector.

The 8865 IP phone is normally used with a network switch that can supply Power-over-Ethernet using the IEEE 802.3af or 802.3at standards. If you network switch does not support PoE then the phone can be powered by a Cisco IP Phone Power Cube 4 which is an optional extra. More details are available in the phone data sheet.
