sorry i might be a little bit dumb here (im 13) 

ive setup freepbx

i have a sip trunk 

i need the firmware to update it but when i try to find it it returns either a 404 or 400 it is quite an old phone

hope someone can help me out with this

Those phones have been end-of-life (EOL) for quite some time. The firmware for these phones is no longer available for download on the Cisco portal. You might need to do a thorough internet search, and you may succeed in finding one.
