Cisco Webex Room Phone CUCM Device Pack

Hello to all.

We recently purchased a few of the new Webex Room Phones (https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/collaboration-endpoints/webex-room-phone/series.html) but there is no corresponding device type in CUCM (12.5.1) to register the device.  I looked on Cisco's site and there is no device pack that contains this phone, even thought the Data Sheet specifically says "Requires Unified CM Version 10.5(2) or later with device pack for Room Phone".  So...where does anyone know where to get the device pack for Room Phone?

Go to the sofware downloads - https://software.cisco.com/download/home/286326830/type/286326861/release/RoomPhone%201.1.0

There are two files.

The QED file will add it to the Add Phone list, and the cop.sgn file is the actual firmware. Install both and you should be able to create and register the device to CUCM.

Note if registering to Webex in dual mode, you only need the QED file as webex will push the software image to the device.

Thanks, but there is nothing there - the page is just blank - there are not links to download anything so back to square one.

I am able to see it now - the page would not load yesterday.  Thanks to all for your help.

I was having some trouble yesterday loading the software download pages for other apps, please try again and see if the files are there.
