We have an XML menu for overhead announcements (paging) and I would like to have a menu where there's an option to dial a paging number and dial an emergency number. But, if the emergency number is pressed, it redirects to another menu/screen where it explains what it will do and they can use the softkeys to say "Ok, Cancel", etc. Is this possible with XML menus? If I could just mix DirectoryEntry and MenuItem in the same CiscoIPPhoneDirectory, that would do it.. but the phone shows "XML error [4]: Parse error."
I know I could have each page # redirect to another menu but that's an unnecessary extra step for the regular numbers.
