I want to purchase data-k9 license to upgrade on Cisco2911/K9. How can i do ?

Hi support,

I have placed order two licenses upgrade SL-29-DATA-K9 for 2 router of CISCO2911/K9 , but my customer accidentally register wrong to both license to one device. When they try add new license to other router, it said the PAK already use. 

How can we resolve this problem ?
