Hi -

New SRST gateway I'm installing has PVDM3-64 installed. When booting the router I get the following warning:

Warning! DSPs1, 2,  in slot 0 are using non-default firmware from flash:

This is not recommended, the default version is 26.3.6

But when I do a show voice dsp detailed the installed DSP shows the correct firmware it says I should be using.

Do you have other firmware files defined on flash?

Can you post "sh flash"?

Sent from Cisco Technical Support iPhone App

Not that I can see. Just have the default files that come with the router and the IOS bin.

Update IOS and check again.

Hi Paolo -

I have tried with two different IOS versions and gotten the same result.

c2900-universalk9-mz.SPA.150-1.M8.bin

c2900-universalk9-mz.SPA.150-1.M2.bin

Then if you no operational problem, you can ignore the message.
