Every time I dock the Cius in the dock it states that there is a software update and the Cius will reboot in 60 seconds unless the update is delayed. After rebooting while docked the Cius does not rompt for this again until the Cius is removed from the Dock and then re-insterted.
I have the Cius connected to wireless and the dock is also connected to the wired network (different subnets).
The Dock is powered by a POE inserter that was purchased for a 3502i access point. (AIR-PWRINJ4=)
I have tried a factory reset via the settings menu, however it did not help.
I am running CUCM 7.5.1 (7.1.5.33900-10)
and Cius version 9.2(2)
Any assistance would be great, or I can open a TAC case.

open a tac case as tac engineer need to check the CIUS repor to find out whats going on!!

Is there any resolution on this. I am seeing the same issue evertime I dock the CIUS. Any help will be appreciated pls

I don't recall what actually resolved this issue, but I think it may have been by having a second image available in phone configuration on CCM. I think I accomplished this after having uploaded a new COP file to all the CCM in the cluster.
