Cius Communications Manager Upgrade

Everytime we dock any of our Cius's they are forced to upgrade their firmware (they upgrade to the same version they are currently running).  Has anybody else come across this issue?

whts the correct firmware on the CIUS unit.

also check if it is same in the device default or not.

looks like the device default has different firmware. when it try to upgrade it fail bcoz it didnt find the file in the tftp server.

The active load on the Cius is 9-2-2-49.  And the inactive load is 9-2-1TT37-8SEC.

Both the active and inactive load under device defaults is 9-2-2-49.

I am experiencing the same problem here.

Active load is 9-2-2-49. CUCM: 8.6.2a

Same value under Device > Device Settings > Device Defaults

Also tried by configuring same load on Phone Load Name on device configuration.

I also tried to downgrade to 9-2-1TT37-8SEC and test. Same problem.

Did you find anything?

Hi,

  Upgrade Cius to the latest version 9.2.3 fix the problem.
