Anyone been able to get Google+ app on the Cius yet? Any idea why it is not available?

It is available but unfortunately not for all countries. It is documented in CSCtu30617, check out http://tools.cisco.com/Support/BugToolKit/search/getBugDetails.do?method=fetchBugDetails&bugId=CSCtu30617
