CKEM Expansion module with extension mobility

Hi

i am trying to configure some Cisco key expansion module with CP 8961 ip phones.

The CKEM is working fine when i am not logged on using Extension mobility.

The problem is when i subscribe to EM using a device profile, the CKEM stops showing SD / BLF etc... anymore.

any suggestions?

Can you provide a screenshot of what your profile looks like?  Do you have a phone button template on the 8961 device profile that has the extra lines added for the expansion module with SD / BLF?

Problem solved:

You have to apply the same Phone Button Template to the phone and to the device profile. If you don't do that, the phone cannot "stack" the BLF, SD, etc... on the CKEM
