Click to call 8.0 with Windows 7 64bit - Not saving information

All,

Recently installed click to call 8.0 on my Windows 7 64bit machine.  When I go to set preferences in the click to call application, name, password, relevant servers it appears to take the information.  I think click save and the next time that I open the preferences none of the informatino I entered is there.  Obviously until I get that to work, I can't select any phones to use as the target device.  CUCM version is 7.1.3 and all necessary services are running.

Has anyone else experienced this issue?  Documentation is pretty straight forward on configuring this so not sure what I am missing.

Hi Alex,

This is a known issue- CSCtg93965. Click on 'Phone' tab before you save your login credentials. This issue is addressed in latest C2C ES release.
