Hi all
We did a rollout for Click to Call 8.0 with the *.adm template from Cisco.
The software installs successfully and cucm ip address is published
but unfortunately the user credentials are not saved.
You can enter the credentials, the widget goes to the tray and when you doubleclick on it, the crendentials are empty again...
This happens on different PC´s with Windows XP 32Bit / Windows 7 64+32 Bit german locale.
I tried with a manual installation as well, with the same result.
I´m wondering if somebody was successfull with click to call 8 ?

This sounds like a known bug. Don't recall the exact bug ID. But the workaround was to change something in the 2nd tab after you enter the credential in the 1st tab. Then save the settings.

There is a workaround provided
'The workaround is to click on the 'Phones' tab and then save. This is the usual path that users will take when setting up an account with Click To Call.'
There is probably an ES for this
If you want it you can open an SR with TAC
