Click to Call with Outlook 2003

I'm running Click to Call Version 7.0.12.0.  It works, if I use the Click to Call interface.  I also want to get it to where Outlook 2003 works with it.  I'm running this on an XP VMWare workstation.

I read somewhere that to include the Outlook 2003 add-ons, I need Cisco TSP.  So I downloaded Unity-CM TSP 7.0.4b.

During configuration, I'm running into problems.  I'm unsure what to put into the "Device name Prefix".

The device name of the Call Manager is, according to the Administration web page's Help -> About is 6.1.4.1000-10.

Am I on the right track?  Where do I find better documentation for Cisco Unity-CM TSP?

Hello,

you must download the CiscoTSP from CUCM >> Application >> Plugins.

The Cisco Unity-CM TSP that you downloaded is not for Outlook etc. It is for the integration of Cisco Unity and CUCM.
