I have setup CUCM 8.5 for a client of mine. However I am stuck with a request which their own system (some Panasonic) can do and I am not sure if Call Manager is able to do the same.
Client wants to be able to identify people that rings into the business. Say for example if I can upload a list of known numbers like my mobile into Call Manager so that when I ring my client's phone system the Cisco IP phone would recognise me with my name on the screen.
Is that possible?
