Hi All,
I setup client matter codes for one of our locations, the issue is after the CMC is entered the call takes approximately 15 seconds to complete. Is there a way to make this process quicker, such as entering # or is there a timer I can adjust? Call Manager version is 8.5.1

Are all CMCs the same lenght? Does pressing # not work? T302 timer (interdigit timer) can be causing it.

Hi Chris,
Yes, the # key seemed to route the call instantly, I asked the customer to test earlier today and they said it didn't work, I setup IPC and it clearly does work. Not sure what the problem was. T302 also works if they don't happen to hit the # key. Thanks for your help.
