Hi everybody,
I'm working on a CUCM 9.1.2, I have a client complaining that the clock on his Cisco IP phone 7965 (frirmeware SCCP 45.9-3-1ES27S) is delayed on hour.
Can you, guys, give me some tips to remedy this issue?

I hope you have checked generic settings that the phone is part of correct Device Pool/Date-Time Group etc as on a working phone. If yes, then take a look at below thread

Thank you Deepak for the precious tip,
The device pool is configured correctly for this phone and the firmware is the same as the default load.
Nevertheless, I'll invite the client to perform a factory reset and see it remedy the issue.
Probably, the root cause is a minor bug on the phone.
I'll keep you posted about the result of the factory reset.
