Cloning Expressway C and E

Hello,
Please kindly help, when cloning Cisco Expressway-E and Expressway-C on VM level via Vmotion , these cloned (C, E) server's serials were changed in new UCS server. As I know, Exp C and E licenses are bind with serial number
 I do not want to face with license issue. Could I clone without changing Serial Number?

Hi,

If you clone, then the serial will change. You can either export the VM and
import it on new UCS to keep same serial or change the serial with clone
and rehost the license.

Cloning a Expressway VM will always mean that you get a new serial number. As @Mohammed al Baqari outlined you can re-host the license by request GLO, Global Licensing Support Organisation, to change to the new serial.
