Close message box in Unity Voicemail

Hello, how can we setup a users unity voicemail to play a greeting but keep the inbox closed, preventing a caller from leaving a voice message?  We would like to leave an informational greeting but not allow the caller to leave a message.

Hi

You can select the user and edit and select greetings

From in here you can set the greetings to custom and chose hang up after greetings

The other way you might do this is by creating a new call handler

In addition to the great info from Dwayne (+5) you could also just record the required info as the "Alternate Greeting" for the mailbox and set "Block new messages" when Alternate Greeting active.
