Hi,

Previously all fax connected to VG224 worked fine, after migrated the CUCM cluster to v9.1. Fax can't receive incoming/outgoing.

Any possibilities here? VG224 ios? etc

What version of cucn were you on before ver 9.1

If you do a debug Isdn q931 on vg224 can you see the call come in.

How is the VG224 linked with your cucm 9.1?
