Hi Syed,
You can refer the SRND of Call Manager which gives details on Cluster under section Unified CM Cluster Services.
Cluster is a group of physical servers to work together a a single call processing unit. You can have different services like MOH,TFTP running on different servers in a cluster.

Dear
The clustering feature of Cisco Unified CallManager provides a mechanism for seamlessly distributing call processing across the infrastructure of a converged IP network. Clustering provides transparent sharing of resources and features and enables system scalability. It consists of
1- Call processing server
2-DHCP server.
3- TFTP server
5-Application server and so on. Kindly find the below link
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucm/admin/5_1_3/ccmsys/a02clstr.html
for example you can build cluster using the below
1-Cisco call manager publisher . Responsible for TFTP , DHCP or call control
2-Cisco call manager subscriber. Responsile for example for the call processing
3-Cisco unity conection. Responsible for voice mail
4-Cisco unified presence.Responsible for the availabilty of the end users

As suggested before please read CUCM SRND as it provides all the details you should need. Number of servers and roles of the servers depends on your deployment i.e. size, location of servers, etc. A cluster can support up to 20 servers, 8 if which can be call processors, you also need to follow 1:1 or 2:1 redundancy model which lots of folks miss and load balance across all server, there is no N:1 support model.
One clarification to above post Unity Connection and CUPS are not part of CUCM cluster, they are independent clusters of their own, think of those as supplementary applications providing additional features, but you can list lots of others, i.e. CER, UCCX, UCCE, CUEAC, etc, etc.
HTH,
Chris
