We had two Nortel BCMs working with a CM platform for a couple of years. However, about two months ago calls between the locations started getting dead air. The calls connect and pass caller ID without issue. It was not reported for a long time, so it is unclear what if anything was changed to break it.
Does anyone know of a working configuration to make these work together?
We currently have the BCMs defined as H.323 gateways in CM and the CM defined as an H.323 trunk in the BCM.
