Is there a way to insert a pause in the call forward all sting in Communications Manager 8.6?
What we are trying to accomplish is when a DID is called the number will call forward the call to an outbound number, pause and then dial a few more digits. The pause is to allow for the number to answer and then dial the extra digits to hit an extension.
Any help would be great. Thanks.

Hi
I assume what you are trying to do is :
When the call is forwarded to Outbound number(3rd number) , this is some sort of ivr/Auto attendant and now you need to send DTMF digits so that the call can be transfered to the actual phone.
But instead of the actuall Calling party , you want the DTMF digits to be sent by the phone/System transfering the call
Am i correct ?
I don't think this is possible,

Yes this is exactly what we are trying to do. What we have done so far is forward to a call handler in Unity Connection and add a transfer rule to the 3rd number, this works fine. But when we add a comma (,) to make a pause the number no longer works. I know we cannot do this in CM but can it be done in Unity Connection?
