cm 8.6 Monitoring and Recording can in internal call?

in cm8.6 i setting Monitoring and Recording(BIB) is work

but intarnal call cal not be Monitoring and Recording

pls help

Hi

What recording /Monitoring application you are using.

You have to install third party application to do recording. Like NICE recording solution.

yes ,i have third party application to recording

PSTN and TRUNK call can be recording

but internal call can't be recording
