CM Cluster Migration ordering help

Hi experts,

I started working on a BoM to upgrade existing IPT infrastructure to the latest one. Existing detail as below

- MCS 7800 hardware servers

- CUCM ver 7.1.5.31900-3 and Cisco Unity Connection 7.0 Build 7.0(2)

- Total Number of Exisitng IP Phone 450 - IP Phone models 7911, 7945, 7965, 7975, 7937

- Total number of DLUs 7650, Used DLUs 1850, Remaining 5800

- Total Voice mail licenses 650

I contacted cisco, they requires to get the licenses detail from the customer by collecting through Collabupgrade Tool. Unfortunately, couldn't manage to provide this detail due to some limitations. Only DLUs information, I am looking for to quote BE6K.

Requirement: IPT BoM is required to upgrade existing IPT infrastructure as; Part Number must required

Need help to make this BoM with part number especially for the licenses which will be converted from DLU also the Voice mail licenses. In simple terms

Used and Unused DLUs Total = 7650,

Required to convert to 50 Enhanced Plus and rest will be Enhanced = How many? approximately

Migration of CUC and Voice mail 650 licenses

I tried to get help from Partner help, they require conversion of DLUs from cisco licensing based on Collab upgrade tool report collect from client. But, unfortunately i only can manage to get DLUs and voice mail information verbally. Can't collect information from client through Collab Tool. Hope you get me.
