Hi Pros,
Facing a issue with CM 9.1.1 & 8945/6941 IP phones. Whenever we login to IP Phone Personal Directory > Personal Address Book & try to create new Contact and click submit to save it gives a PD Error Message There was an error adding the entry to the personal directory.
Adding contacts via the CCM enduser pages works fine.

Solution is to upgrade to CUCM 9.1.2

We seem to be experiencing this same issue as well. Could you possibly direct me on where to find the Personal Directory service log that the bug refers to. I would like to verify this error message there.
