Dears,
New istall CME IOS 15.5 and Telephony services 10.5 with SIP configuration phones 7821 every thing is ok, but the phone Time is wrong it's appear +2 hours on all phones, I tried to make hardware rest but it's the same issue ,

Check the timezone configuration in Telephony service
and also try to update the firmware of the phone to latest. I have seen this happens with some firmware version.

Thanks, I change the Time Zone from the Global Register pool due I change the Phone is SIP phone,

That is fine for SIP Phone.
If that doesn't resolve the issue try different firmware or check on different phone model if it shows correct time.
