CME 4.1 and CUE

I'd like to configure CUE autoattendant and CME with the via web configuration.

Which is the address for accessing it? Is necessary to upload any files to the flash?

Two different addresses, one CME and one for CUE. The CME files are available on CCO, the CUE one are contained in installation image file.

Once you have the files up in the flash then you access the CME from http://CMEIPADDRESS/telephony-service.html to access CUE it is http://CUEIPADDRESS
