I have just begun supporting a CME 7.1 client who has a 7962 phone and a 7911 phone that both share a single line presence (one extension, present on both phones)
The 7911 phone shows all directories for missed calls; received calls; placed calls. However, on the 7962 phone those directory's are all blank. The directories are present, but no entries.
I've searched the support forum and can't find a similar instance of this so thought I'd throw it out to the community for an assist.
