so I want to install the french locale which I have downloaded and it's on my cme.
on google it says this is how you install it.
CUCME(config-telephony)#user-locale 0 US load CME-locale-en_US-English-7.0.1.1.tar
problem is
RTR(config-telephony)#user-locale 4 FR load CME-locale-fr_FR-French-7.0.1.1.tar

% Invalid input detected at '^' marker.
I can only type user-locale 4 FR there is no subcommand load...
ideas?
