There are no DevPacks for CME, that's only for CUCM, the phones that are listed, are the ones you can use, the only way to add support for new devices in CME, is upgrading to a newer CME release which supports them.

For the 2nd issue, review CUCM traces to confirm CUCM does receive the CFA cancel message from the phone, if you don't see it, you might have network problems causing that.

If I m not wrong from rtmt I should collect call manager traces, apart from call manager do we need other traces???
