Hi,

I have a issue with only 1 user,

when user A dials user B , User A is gets a busy tone though user B is not busy, user A goes on hook and dial again with in a 2 sec still it is a busy tone, when user A again dial thrice to user B the call gets connected, sometime call get connected in 1st attempt sometime 2nd attemt but this is happening with only 1 user.

Any hints please.

Hi

Also see if the DN of phone B is configured twice for example

ephone-dn  X
number 2222

ephone-dn  y  dual-line
number 2222

Hi

You can assign same number to two different phone. It would be shared line.

Like

eohone-dn 1 dual/oct line

Number 11111

Ephone 1

Button 1:1

Ephone 2

Button 1:1

yes it is there same extension to two ephone-dn, this might could be the reason for this issue.

I have seen similar issue and the issue was resolved by removing the duplicate ephone-dn confgration.
