At a client, they've got an older Avaya PBX that is connected into a 2900 router via PRI. From there, it gets routed across the network to another facility where they have a CME/CUE 8.5 system. When they dial an extension, it rings the phone no problem. But, if they try to call into CUE or into the Tcl AA/queue, it gives an error tone. When i watch the debugs on the router that is connected to the PBX via PRI, i see a message that says 'no route' (or something to that effect...). Does anyone have any ideas as to why regular calls work fine but when they go into CUE, it fails?
