CME 8.6 6941 Contacts/Local Directory physical button error

Error!  Service unavailable is all it will say.  The 79xx phones work fine and show the local directory,  but the 69xx show nothing using the physical button that looks like a book.  Is the directory support on the new 69xx models?  If so, does anyone have a reference doc?

You might want to check the firmware for the 69XX phones...

Turns out that not setting the phone type on the CME router under Ephone will cause this in 69xx phones.  Thanks tac!
