CME 8.6 dial-peer issue, dialing 1 gets fast busy.

I swapped out my 2851 with another one today using nearly the same config file.  The old router had a few issues but the dialing worked fine. Now the with the replacement router, when I dial a 1 it goes to fast busy instantly.  My extension numbers start with a 1 just as they did in the other router, no change there and no change in the dial-peer plans too.

I have a dial-peer for 11 digit dialing and one for 10 digit dialing.  The 10 digit dialing just adds the 1 before placing the call. Ten digit dialing works perfectly.  Any ideas why I cannot dial a 1?  Oh, I do block dialing zero but not the 1.

If you see ANYTHING else wrong i my full config file that is attached, your comments are very much welcome!!!

Hi,

Your COR assignment isn't correct. You DNs are using Keyring-National for incoming while your Dialpeers are using Door-National for outgoing. Door isn't member of Keyring and the call is getting blocked. For same reasons you can't call other DNs.

Have a quick read about COR Lists and then review your config. For time being try to remove cor-list from all dialpeers and ephones. This will make calls working but without any restrictions.

Hi,

Problem in dialing 11 digit is only from 9971 or from SCCP phones too?

Is this problem similar to your below post;

I will check the corlists and see what I need to change.

The 9971 cannot dial anywhere, all digits on that phone get a fast busy instantly
