CME 8.6 - SIP - H323 no voice

Hello,

could you help me, when i call from SIP phone 9951 to AVAYA over H323 there is no voice, but call is established.

do you have a firewall between systems ?

Run the following debugs and then paste them here and I'll check them out:

debug voip ccapi inout

debug ccsip messages

debug h225 asn1

debug h245 asn1

If possible upload a txt file since the output may be very extensive.

in the interface config, have you added the following line:

h323-gateway voip bind srcaddr a.b.c.d

NOTE: replace a.b.c.d with the ip addr of your interface

Also please attach the sh run se we can have a look this seems to be a codec problem, if no firewall is in the middle.

Debug voip rtp packets to see the RTP packet exchange.

Debug h245 asn1 to see the IP Address and port number exchanged between the CME and the avaya.
