CME - All phones show off hook when one main line is picked up

Reception says when she picks up the main line all phones are showing off hook.

Yes some of the phones have the main line on it but she claims it's on all phones across the board.

Anyone ever hear/see this before.

I am going to reboot the phone when I get there but this is a new one to me.

It's just when a phone with extension 6700 picks up the line the sidecars then show everyone off hook.

Hello Michael,

Can you add the show run and show ver to make sure it is not a configuration problem?

Was that working different before?
