We have a new CME 9.1 deployment (not an upgrade) with which we're trying to setup more available ring tones for. However we are always being presented with an error saying "Bad Ring List File!" on every phone, even with the most simple of RingList.xml files. Here is the simple .xml file we've tried:
If I remove this file completely from flash on the router the phones say 'unknown ring list file,' so I know that they're seeing the file but there is just something wrong with it. I've checked the syntax multiple times and don't see anything wrong; I can't figure out for the life of me what the problem is.
We have 7937, 7941, 7961, and 7970 phones configured.
